Oh, and I'd also make sure that you have SMTP Protocol logging enabled (ESM,
properties of Default SMTP Virtual Server under Server, Protocols, SMTP) and
Message Tracking enabled (properties of Server in ESM). For SMTP logging,
I'd recommend using the default W3C Extended logging, and I'd recommend
going to the advanced options and enabling all the options. The SMTP
Protocol logs especially should show the SMTP Conversation and should show
the MAIL FROM: command, which will show the e-mail address that was used.
What does that show?
