The IIS6 metabase is an xml file. You can use notepad (or anything
that will save the file in the format it's read in) to make any
changes you like to the file. :)
Put this into the '<IIsPop3Server Location="/LM/POP3SVC/1" . . . '
section of the file. Save the file[1]. There's no need to restart any
services.

[1] Check the "Enable Direct Metabase Edit" checkbox on the IIS root
