a) add common misspellings as additional SMTP addresses for users
b) make it the sender's responsibility to spell correctly

That said, you could also look at something like MailBasket from
www.turbogeeks.com for a catchall, but I don't recommend it as you're also
going to be looking at a boatload of spam.
