Prevent a specific email address send from Internet

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Dear All,

I would like to block a email address (Ex: abc@xxxxxxxxx) send from outside
to our users. I tried to add this email address to Global Setting\Message
Delivery\Sender Filtering and chose drop connection. But this email still
come to our users in Junk folder. Any ideas ?
