The contact method sounds like the way to go to me. At a very basic
level, if you have created two contacts, each populated with their
external e-mail address, and you have created a DL that contains these
two contacts (and the internal client) then it sounds about right. That
about sum up what you've already done? What happens when you try to
send mail directly to the contact?
