By default, disabled account cannot receive e-mails. Or, rather, Exchange cannot deliver e-mails to them. E-mail sent to a disabled account will
immediately NDR.
If you remove the mailbox from Postini, are you saying it automatically
shows up again just because someone sends mail to that address? Sounds more
like a Postini issue.
Is there an issue that you are trying to resolve related to this question?
