- add a new server with new name to your existing Domain, make it a Domain
Controller. this will replicate AD. If you will remove the first DC, make
the new server a GC as well and transfer the FSMO roles to this new DC

- install Exchange in the same Administrative Group
- move mailboxes to new server, replicate public folders and follow kba
