it could be either...it could be that there's some kind of anti-spam policy
that certain emails violate, or that the receiving server is looking for a
reverse dns record, or spf record that your server does not have, or it
could be some kind of protocol mismatch...sometimes if you try to send an
email to one of these domains via a telnet session, you can get more
information...here's some info on smtp error codes...
