By default admins don't have permissions to open other users' mailboxes.

    ... I assume that you did do a successful ping "servername" from the workstation ... I did not have to run a cleanup as the mailboxes were not there. ... Were the Exchange tabs not showing under the users property or did ... The users were setup using SBS but for some bizzare reason the mailbox ...
