Re: Strang inbound and outbound mail size restriction result

Since it may be know bug from Exchange 2000-2003 and unfortunately, top
management still want to restrict development team to send out only 4MB to
prevent code leaking and other can have 6MB. If I make both values the
same as 4MB then others may have the problem to sendout. Marketeers will
scream that they could not receive > 4MB file from external email. What
should I do? Any suggestion will be appreciated.
