Thanks for response. Yes, XP SP2. I added two rules, one for Outlook 2003
and one 2000. The problem was corrected for Office 2003 but not for 2000.
There is nothing blocking except for possibly the XP firewall. It is on LAN
and exch box has no firewall and only switches exist between computers.
