The best solution I've come up with so far seems to be to create a new
virtual server that doesn't have Forms based auth enabled, and create a vir.
dir. for the pub folders under that. That way I can enable anonymous access
and hopefully it will stick. Unfortunately I need to use a different port
other than 80. If anyone knows how to affectively enable Forms Based Auth
on just a virtual directory, so that the authentication access for another
vir. dir. under the same vir. server can be edited, I would love to hear it.
