The two things AD and Exchange care about are the user's login ID and their
email address. Only one of each can exist.
I also concur with Ben here: Revisit your naming policy, as most coompanies
use first initial last name or last name first initial. In our location we
user the first five letters of the last name followed by the first letter of
the first name and when we have the identical userid issue we simply add,
incrimentally, a number to the end of the ID. (I.E. John Fernando & Jim
Fernando: fernaj & fernaj2)
