Andy,
I just dug out an old Exchange 5.5 book that I never had the need to open
until now. I found the answer to my multiple addresses question.
I need to create the custom recipient (after finding the mystery address in
the organization using the article you mentioned), then go to her properties
and add a second SMTP address, that of the client domain. Leaving the
pacbell address as the primary will cause all mail to go to it. Cool! Thank
you for both suggestions.
