Sequential numbering in Subject Field

Hi All, I want to setup and email address for our support. When users
send an email to us I want to modify the Subject Field before it gets
distributed internally. For example:

From: somebody@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Subject: [EU-CASC:0012] Technical inquiry

Where [EU-CASC:0012] is added into the Subject field. Then the next
email that is sent through has [EU-CASC:0013], then the next has
[EU-CASC:0014] and so on.

Can Exchange do this?? If not, what addons can??
