Well, there are a few items here.
The first was the issue with the Watchguard Firewall settings, if you use
Watchguard Firewalls look at your SMTP filtering and set the max headers to
15000.
Another issue stems from how Yahoo, Earthlink, AOL, etc. send web based
email in which extra characters are inserted into the header and the system
rejects it. We found it was the Firewall rejecting it, now keep in mind if
you are not using a Watchguard, either your Exchange settings or your other
fiewall setting is the issue, focus on SMTP regardless. Hope that helps.
