Collaboration with outside users

I want to give users outside of the organization access to OWA so we can
share a calendar. I have about 10 people from different companies that need
this and i am not sure how to proceed. I was thinking about creating accounts
for these people and then trying to deny them the ability to log on to any of
our machines. As in just give them access to OWA. How should I proceed?
