Disabled User account.

I had a disabled user account that i enabled. I can acces the mailbox for the
using OWA but not through outlook. The reason is that this users name is not
availble yet after a week in the address book. So when ever i try to add the
user from outlook either as additional mailbox or as a primary address it
doesnt accept, says "name could not be resolved. The name could not be
matached to a name in the address list".
