Yeah users are dumb and need a backup of a backup of everything. We had it
set for 7 days and as it turns out, someone needed something from 41 days ago
so I cranked it up to 60. Tape backup is great, but we overwrite every month.
Another thing is if your sophisticated user goes into the recover deleted
items folder and purges some or all of the items, then it appears as though
you are going to tape to recover the lost item so all bets are off at that
point. Tell your users that that window auto. deletes items older than ___
days.
