Since my post, I have been able to virus scan on it and it is clean...I
installed trial version of GFI Mailsecurity and through its monitoring have
discovered it was a scaned Item sent to approx 12 recipients and somehow
mushroomed in size. It would then start to show up in multiple Queue's.
I have been deleting from the Queue, stopping and restarting service and
system. Sometimes it will not allow access to delete. I tried to redirect
the queue location to an external hard drive in IIS but it did not listen to
me.
I still have a couple messages left in the queue that I can not delete.

PS why not enable circular logging, I thought it would reduce size?
