Exchange user spamming

Hello,

I have a situation, hoping some one can help.
My exchange user sent out one group email to their GAL, now that email is
somehow being sent at the rate of 100 emails every hour. I have tried
deleting user mailbox, but email is still being received from that users
email. Can someone help me stop this madness. My antivirus show no viruses
of worms. Brightmail cannot even quarantine the users emails.
