Re: connecting to lotus notes DBs

Hi Ed,

I realise I didn't make that very clear. I believe that Lotus Notes can
house documents and other group-ware data in databases and I wanted to know
if you can access those without using the Notes client. I understand that
you need the client on the Exchange server to assist the Notes Connector.
But from what I have seen, that will only synchronise Directory, email, and
calendar data. What about public folders, Notes DBs, etc.?

And my second question regarding the GAL. Ho do you make sure that the
account information imported from the Notes data is not included in the GAL?
I am having some trouble creating an Address List for the container that
will house the accounts imported from Notes. This is what I have:

(&(objectCategory=contact)(objectCategory=organizationalUnit)(ou=Notes)(mail=*))

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jarryd
