Had a quick look at options in exclaimer
Custom Rules ~>
Addressing Tab ~> "subject contains"
Delivery Options TAB ~> can reroute or block e-mail
Mail Monitoring TAB ~> can copy e-mail to another address
App had lots of other stuff to do conditional auto reply, conditional
signatures, distinguishes between internal and external e-mail etc.

P.S. I don't work for or have any interest in exclaimer I just like it
because I don't ever have to look at it, patch it, update it, or pay for it
again (yet) =8^O
