JET_errCallbackNotResolved - jcb.dll

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Hopefully someone can help.

I have searched these boards and read the 2 posts pertaining to the JET_err.
Also attempted a google search, and others have the same problem. No
resolve posted currently. Thought I would try with a fresh post here.

ISSUE:
Attempting to run an offline defrag of store. Everytime I get 10%, I get a
failure of:
"Operation terminated with error -2102 (JET_errCallbackNotResolved, A
callback function could not be found" - Also an error stating jcb.dll error
not found.

SPECs:
2003 Server Standard SP1
Exchange 2003 SP1
Quad Xeon 3.0
135GB - 76GB free

ATTEMPTED:
- I have tried 3 times on Exchange Server
- Tried running it twice on a seperate server w/o Exchange
- Tried streaming file to a sperate location off the drive its on to another
- Verified my jcb.dll version (6.5.7226.3)
- Copied the original from the Cd and tried running it again

Any ideas would be appreciated. Uptime is a major factor here and need to
run through the "red tape" to get approval for an evening to be offline. I
know if I call MS, I will need to have it offline for testing and who knows
whatever else. Hoping I can resolve this at my leisure. but if not, I be
talking to them soon.
