He didn't ask for hard facts /about/ yourself, he asked for hard facts
about the effectiveness of the product.

Um... no that's not what it means. Perhaps you should reread what Rich
wrote. Until then arguing that the product is more or less effective
than a rating which you don't understand seems a bit pointless.
