Wow, Barry, i think you're right!!

Went into Exchange System Manager, found the server, then "Protocols",
"http", "Exchange Virtual Server", "Exchange", "access" "authentication
methods" and there i found "Integrated Windows Authentication" checked.

Bet every once in a while, some process ran that synced the settings in IIS
with Exchange and Exchange won!

I unchecked it in Exchange and we'll just wait and see. Thanks again for
the info!!
