It's also possible to do it manually without ost2pst.exe tool suggested by
Andy. Unplug your network connection, turn on the PC, run Outlook. It'll
time out and give you a choice to run offline. Add a personal folder (PST),
move everything to the PST file. Next step is to move everything from PST to
Exchange mailbox.
