I have had two colleagues have problems with this. One was that China
completely blocked the content somehow. Best we could figure it out, by
looking at the snifs, was that some traffic was being intercepted...even
though it was HTTPS. Another was someone in Ecuador was having some
difficulty. It was almost like they were trying to reshape the packets down
to 1400 and it was causing some lossy issues.
