Hi Michael,
Thanks to let me know this. However, I am afraid I am not much clear about
your description. In order to provide you with efficient support, and to
relieve you of the burden of trying unnecessary troubleshooting steps,
please assist me in collecting some detailed information:
1. According to "they were therefore moved into the Sync Issues/Server
folder", do you mean you can see the missing mails in Server Failure folder
under Sync Issues Folder when Symantec antivirus is stopped?
2. Based on "they became available from exchange, but were still in that
folder but I didn't see them there", I am wondering whether the items are
missing again after restarting Symantec antivirus. If so, how do you know
they are still in the folder?
Meanwhile, please let me know the result of Message Tracking and Queue
Viewer so that I can have a more idea about the issue.
Thanks and have a nice day!
Lee Li
