Reply To / Forwarding Issues in Exchange

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

My users are having trouble replying to and forwarding emails that come in
on a POP3 configured account. If I put the user's into the Domain Admins
group the problems cease to exist. If I take them back out of the Domain
Admins group the problems reappear. Anyone seen this before?

Thanks,
Robbie
