Hi Ben
That's all well and good, but when I run the Update for Recipient Services,
I can see the modified Display Name when I'm sending, but when the user sends
an email themselves, the display name that I get is their original. They have
gone to the extent of restarting their PC (ie: DEFINITELY logged off! =)) and
the change hasn't taken.
Is there something else that needs to be done to their client, perhaps?
