Re: Changing Simple Display Name in Exchange 2003



Hi Vance,

The simple display name is only used by systems that cannot interpret
characters (ANSI) in the display name. The GAL will be populated by the
display name and not the simple display name, because it is a system that
can interpert ANSI characters.
