Hi Vance,
Did you do an "Update now" in ESM for the recipient update service of each
domain?
Do you have any sites that have a delayed replication schedule?
Another factor that will cause this problem is if your clients are running
Outlook 2003 in Cached mode, if this is the case users will be getting the
Offline Address Book (OAB) and will not get an updated address book until
the next time the OAB update interval is ran, by default this is every 24
hours.
