I verified the rights that my BB Admin account should have with the
BlackBerry Support group which is as followed: Exchange 2003 Rights and
Permissions
On Domain
-> Member of Domain Users
In Exchange Organization
-> View Only Administrator @ First Adminstrative Routing Group Delegation
-> Administer Information Store, Send As, Receive As @ Server Level
BES
-> Member of Local Administrators Group
-> Log on Locally
-> Log on as a Service
I did not modify the BB Admin MAPI profile. Looking on the BB server,
c:\winnt\system32\MAPISVC.inf file is presently pointing to the old Exch55
server. Since I am still migrating users from that server who also has BB
accounts, I did not know how to go about updating the .inf file so that it
will point to both servers until the migration is complete. The ADC is
handling the replication of data between the two servers correctly. (This
was one of the things I had to verify with the BB support group) Any
information you can provide that would steer me in the right direction would
be greatly appreciated.
