Exchange Resources

Ok here is my delema, i am creating a new resource in exchange..i create the
user in AD users and computers... then i sign onto the network as that
user..and open up microsoft outlook... everything works fine... then i go to
options\calander options .... when i click on Resource Scheduling i get an
error "The operation Failed" and it wont let me adjust any of the options...
im using winxp Pro with and office 2003 suite... anyhelp or ideas would be
great
