Export GAL

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have a retired Exchange 5.5. server and I would like to export the GAL.
There were several thousand contacts that were not migrated to our new mail
servers.

I have users requesting some of the contacts be setup on the new server. It
would be much easier for them to identify which ones by looking at the old
GAL. Is there anyway I can make this available to them?
