attachment blocking

HI,

I am using exchange2003.In that server i want to restrict harmful virus
attachements like.. .scr,.exe,.pix ,etc..

With out using any third parties is it possible to do ????.I know we can
resrict individually through outlook client.

I need a solution or script that i want to stop all the harmful
attachements in the exchange2003 server only.
