Install an extra Exchange 2003 Enterprise server in the same Exch2003 SBS
Site/Administrative Group and then move mailboxes with AD Users and
Computers to new Exchange 2003 server. With this kind of growth you will
probably leave SBS anyway and continue with Windows Server 2003 and Exchange
2003 Enterprise..
