Store.exe is taking up all the memory and it freezing the server

We are using Exchange 2K SP3 I have notice that store.exe is running and it
is taking up all the memory and it is causing the exchange server to freeze
and I have to reboot. This is becoming a problem, I have to reboot the
machine 2X a day. I have to reboot first thing in the morning around 8:00
then again at around 4:30pm Do any one know why Store.exe take up so much
memory? How can I fix this problem where store.exe will not take up so much
memory and cause the server to freeze?

Thanks for your help,
.
