That depends on whether it's your router(s) or someone elses, and if
they aren't yours, how cooperative they owners will be. :)

Finding where the problem lies would be a good first pass. Once you
know "where" you can decide "how".
BTW, you're not using a VPN or any sort of encryption, are you?
Everything adds a little bit to the packet size, an soon enough you've
exceeded somone's ability to handle the packet without fragmenting it.
