RPC Over HTTP (External)

i have just configured my Exchange2003 to handle RPC over HTTP.
it's a single server configuration (Backend server), without SSL.

i have no problem setting up outlook2003 using RPC over HTTP inside our
company.
but with the same setting, Outlook was not able to find my exchange server
when
i try to set up a notebook outside of our company.

Server:
-Basic authentication
-Windows Authentication

Outlook (Proxy Anthentication):
- NTLM authentication

any ideas ? please help.
