Joe,
I'm experiencing the same problem..except all messages sent to the user's
inbox disappear. No rules, view filters, etc. in Outlook.
I've seen at least one other post of the same problem. I don't think anyone
has an answer...and all the MVPs keep pointing to obvious answers that folks
like us have already checked before posting here.
I've taken the client side out of the equation and isolated the problem on
the Exchange server. I'm convinced that this is some kind of bug or maybe an
undetected virus in Exchange...maybe if enough people start reporting it,
then a solution will eventually be found.
