Hi Ben,
That was good information, it really helped me. I was able to set up a basic
policy, tested it and it functioned flawlessly.
I have a few email accounts that we dont need to keep messages in at all. I
was attempting to set up a policy and I am uncertain about one aspect. When
I FILTER out email addresses using the FILTER RULES I notice I get a
selection list of all users, depending of how I filter them. If I select say
boxes A B C and D and leave E-Z unselected, does it add JUST those to the
filter list? The reason I ask is the "jibberish" it lists isnt in any
readable language I understand, a bunch of code and parenthesis.
Just wanted to make sure before I botch it up!
