Hi Chaz,
This maintenance runs automatically every morning between 1 & 5am.
There is also the Mailbox Agent which is ran manually, it purpose it is
check associations betweent accounts and mailboxes. To run the cleanup
agent, from Exchange System Manager navigate down to your information store,
right click on Mailboxes and select Run Cleanup Agent.
