OU name change

I just changed a user's last name due to marriage. I made the new last name
the primary. When I opened the inbox, the inbox was empty and all of her
subfolders are empty. The calendar, tasks, contacts are there. How can I get
all of her inbox plus the subfolders back? We are on Exchange 2003.
