Hi Norman,
Have you tried the "Security configuration and analysis tool" in the MMC
console, it has a feature to apply a Security tempate to your current
system, one of these templates is base out of the box security, If I
remember correctly the template name is "setup security.inf", be careful
with this as it will reset both file system & registry security. I would
recomend using the feature to compare the templates security against your
current system, then if you are happy with the changes apply it.
