If you need a very simple firewall and have no experience: Watchguard

If you need to create VPN tunnels: Cisco 1700 series with VPN (IOS
firewall). You will need a Cisco person to install this.

If you want a middle of the road, ISA Server 2004. ISA Server can also
securely publish your internal Exchange Outlook Web Access (OWA) better
than any other firewall. Other vendors will require you to put a OWA
server in a DMZ as a front end server.
