The problem is with your ISP you need to request them to add a PTR record (a
reverse lookup record) for your external IP address that points to your
domain name.
I have heard of some ISP's though that will not do this unless you host your
domain with them also.
To check if this is setup do a "nslookup <external IP address>" replace the
bits between the < >'s with your external IP address if it returns your
domain name then it is all setup and working correctly.
