do you only have that one external IP address so you need everything coming
from outside to go to www.xyz.com ?
If so then the easiest solution would be to move your webloc stuff to your
mail server so it is on the same website as OWA (less secure but necessary).
Then "re-publish" the role so the real IP now goes to the mailserver
machine. Otherwise, you will need to get a second "real IP" and then publish
the mailserver to this second IP.
