See if IIS is installed- the quick way would be to go into Admin tools and
see if the IIS MMC is listed.
If it is, expand the Server and then the 'default website'. Under here you
should see (at a minimum): Exchange, ExchWeb, Microsoft Active-sync, OMA,
Public. These are all of the default websites.
If they are there, expand the 'application pools' above and verify that they
are running. If the is a small, & I mean small, red 'x', they are stopped.
Right click them and start them.
You may even want to go to the Services MMC and restart IIS.
If everything is there, open the Exchange Manager and expand to your server.
Expand the "Protocols". Under HTTP, verify that Exchange Virtuak Site is
installed and active.
You may want to verify that all of the required services are installed. In
Exchange setup, you should have had to turn on IIS, NNTP, Webservices, NNTP
through the 'add/remove' programs. Click the link to help-
